Read more below!What you will do as a Warehouse Technician:Follow the assignments and directions from the supervisorLoad and unload trucks and railcars using a forklift and slip sheet attachmentLoad and unload seed from trucks and railcars using a forkliftOperate automatic bag loading and sewing equipment in a safe and efficient mannerRun the robot to slip sheet, palletize, and wrap the bags. Very occasional lifting of bagsIncorporate good housekeeping and food safety practices into day-to-day operationsRun the mill processing line to clean the beansDuring harvest, unload grower trucks in the correct bin, warehouse, or pitWhat you need to be a Warehouse Technician:Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbersAbility to print and speak simple sentencesAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructionsAbility to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variablesMust be able to communicate with supervisors and co-workersAbility to lift up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsTake the next step in your career and apply today!
