We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is passionate about leadership, quality care, and supporting staff in creating meaningful experiences for our residents.Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Location: Muscoda, Wisconsin Schedule: Full-time, with on-call rotation support as neededKey Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring the highest quality of resident careSupervise, mentor, and support nursing staff while fostering teamwork and professional growthParticipate in care planning, assessments, and resident meetings to ensure individualized, person-centered careEnsure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policiesMonitor and maintain accurate documentation of resident care, assessments, and treatment plansSupport staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluationsAct as a liaison between residents, families, and the clinical team to ensure clear communication and excellent servicePromote a positive, nurturing, and respectful environment conducive to both staff satisfaction and resident well-being Qualifications Current RN license in the State of WisconsinMinimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care settingsStrong clinical knowledge and a passion for person-centered careDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team with empathy and professionalismExcellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skillsProficiency in electronic medical records and basic computer applications Why Join Us?
