Full benefit package included as well as a 15K sign-on bonus.u003cbru003eu003cstrongu003eWhat you will be doing:u003c/strongu003eu003cbru003e•Provides shift leadership and oversight for daily unit operations as designated by the Department Director.u0026 u003cbru003e•Ensures quality of delivered patient care to patients of all ages across the life span.u0026 u003cbru003e•Collaborates intra/interdepartmentally with staff, directors, physicians, administration and others.u0026 u003cbru003e•Participates in patient care activities both directly and indirectly as a resource to staff members.u0026 u003cbru003e•Delivers direct/indirect patient care. Utilizes the nursing process or designated scope of practice through data collection and assessment.u0026 u003cbru003e•Identifies and prioritizes patient’s problems and needs; and development/implementation/evaluation of a nursing plan of care (RN).u0026 u003cbru003e•Demonstrates critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality age specific care.
