If you think you are an innovative, self-motivated team-player, and want to shape your community, join our WGI team today!WGI offers a complete Benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD & STD, Life Insurance, 401k with match, PTO, Holidays, HSA with company contribution, Pet insurance, and Employee assistance program.#LI-onsiteThe essential functions include but are not limited to the following duties and responsibilities, which are listed in no order of importance:Friendly, personable and outgoing.Willingness to learn new programs and skills.Intermediate skills in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Set up meetings, prepare agendas and other documentation as needed, and assist with setting up catering for meetings as needed.Handle differing situations, problems, and deviations in the work of the office according to the manager's general instructions, priorities, duties, and goalsProvides administrative support to management and staff ensuring efficient day to day operations of the officePrepares reports, proposals, memos, minutes and other documents as neededCoordinate local office eventsPrepares outgoing mail, and courier parcelsSorts incoming mail, and courier deliveries for distributionMake meeting and other arrangements for staff; as neededResearch and create presentationsPurchase, receive, and store the office supplies and snacksCode and file material according to the established proceduresData entry as requiredPrepares orders for and maintains office supplies;Greet and assist visitorsCoordinate office proceduresReply to email, telephone or face-to-face enquiriesWork with Manager to ensure efficiency of administrative processes and proceduresProvides front desk supportOverseeing entry into the officeMaintains cleanliness and organization of the officeAssist with the coordination of the internal training sessions, field associate travel, and other accommodationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred5+ plus years prior administrative experienceProficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and InternetAbility to operate copy machine, scanner, and fax machineAbility to read and interpret documentsPossesses excellent oral and written communication skills, and basic math functionsStrong organizational and planning skillsKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independentlyApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
