In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients, working directly at their sites to ensure projects are planned, executed, and delivered with excellence.Serve as the primary liaison between the client and engineering teams, streamlining communication and clarifying expectationsSupport all phases of the project lifecycle, from scope development and budgeting through procurement, construction oversight, and project closeoutOversee construction activities to ensure alignment with design intent, quality standards, schedule milestones, and budget goalsManage contracts, subcontractors, purchase orders, and all related documentationMonitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash managementCollaborate with client health and safety teams to develop and monitor project-specific safety plansEnsure QA/QC standards are met in accordance with the Quality Management PlanProvide clear and timely updates to client leadership, anticipate needs, and support decision-makingFoster strong, collaborative relationships with client teams to understand priorities and deliver practical solutionsBachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field requiredMinimum of 7 years of experience required; minimum of 5 years of project management experience requiredPMP certification preferredExperience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documentsProven ability to manage project accounting processes (budgeting, forecasts, cash management)Strong understanding of client contract requirementsAbility to track and oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt style for various audiencesProficiency in Microsoft Suite and other management software; knowledge of Deltek Vision, MS Project, and/or Primavera P6 preferredHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel as needed requiredWork on projects that transform communities and support client goals from concept to completionEnjoy a flexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travelCurious about the impactful work our Advanced Energy & Manufacturing team is doing?
