We put the unity in 'opportunity.'Opportunity Snapshot:Compensation: $32-37/hourLocation: Spring, TXWork Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+Assignment Duration: 12 monthsBenefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401K, PTO and HolidaysPerform andor manage all of the activities necessary to enable effective end-to-end coordination of materials in support of ProjectsAct as the interface between the business unit and procurementActively interacts with planning, inventory, vendors, buyers and maintenance on a daily basis by providing customer support, effective & timely communication, alignment with business practices/controls and a high level of materials and services fulfillment for site maintenance activitiesIdentify opportunities for material master creation to reduce free texting for recurring material ordersAssist in the management of equipment spare parts listsParticipate/lead risk assessments and hazard observationsProvide support to business and planning organization by verifying that site requirements for non-core services vendors are addressed before vendor arrives at site (i.e. safety training, travel and room accommodations, vehicle pass)Previous experience in a closely related positionBachelors’ degree perferredStrong knowledge of SAP material catalogs and search toolsStrong knowledge of how and where materials are used in the plantAdvanced time management skillsExcellent problem solving skillsAdvanced written and oral communications skillsInfluencing with and without authorityOrganization skillsThe Bergaila Way:The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
