Help adults with neurological injuries achieve their rehabilitation goals while working with a collaborative, interdisciplinary team of skilled therapists.Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.Deliver 60-minute functional rehabilitation sessions focused on patient-centered recovery.Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in team meetings and family conferences.Complete discharge evaluations, recommend safety strategies, and provide referrals and educational resources for home and community reintegration.Communicate progress and needs to the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families.Collaborate closely with other therapy professionals to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.Active Speech Language Pathology license in Michigan.Current CPR certification as required by state regulations.Preferred experience in rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury.Ability to move, life, or transfer patients up to 100 pounds safely.Strong fine motor skills, visual acuity, and capacity for extended standing and walking.Physical ability for frequent pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning.Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
