We are seeking a Junior Chief of Staff who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can act as both an administrative leader and trusted liaison.This role will partner closely with the executive team to manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics, while also contributing to broader initiatives in HR coordination, internal communications, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, collaborative, and committed to driving efficiency and team alignment.Required Experience:5+ years of experience in executive administration, project coordination, or human resources support roles.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field preferred.Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with executive-level polish.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.Executive and Operational SupportManage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate cross-functional schedules.Organize multi-leg domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.Support preparation of executive presentations, reports, board decks, and confidential communications.Track and manage key project milestones, initiatives, and deliverables on behalf of senior leadership.Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, logistics, documentation, and follow-up action plans.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a liaison between the executive team and department leaders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on priorities.Facilitate collaboration across departments to enhance operational efficiency and team cohesion.Maintain pulse on company culture, team engagement, and feedback loops to support leadership decisions.Represent leadership in meetings or communications when appropriate, ensuring follow-up and accountabilityPartner with HR leadership to assist with onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations.Contribute to HR compliance initiatives, documentation, and policy updates.Help drive culture and engagement initiatives—events, surveys, and internal communications.Process and Project ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and team efficiency.Assist in the implementation of systems and tools that enhance communication and accountability.Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and operational documentation.Participate in planning and execution of strategic projects and company events.Compensation at HomeSourceWe are committed to providing competitive compensation for all roles at HomeSource.
