It consists of well-rounded employees who can accurately assess and facilitate solutions for onsite issues.Troubleshoots first level issues onsite and facilitates solutions for second and third level issues. Finds applicable data, through SQL queries/software applications/server logs, to solve and/or support solutions/customer issues. Collaborate with customers to enable the successful operation of our automated solutions in their facilities Assistsin writing site-specific documentation, such as failover processes, startup scripts, or change request ideas. Support the System Validation Team, Software Implementation, and the System Integration Team during commissioning and UAT whenever the opportunity arises. Other duties as assigned Some travel may be required(up to 10%) High school graduate with 3 years’ experience working in IT related fieldUnderstanding and/or experience with SQL, DB structuringNetworking tools and SSH client experience is a plusAssociatedegree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Systems, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, or similar degree preferredWrite, read, edit databasequeriesand tabulate large sets of dataFind trends or variances in tabulated data to troubleshoot issuesAbility to troubleshoot computer issues via RDP session, understanding VM architectureAbility to understand warehouse operational processes and overall material flowCustomer service mindset allowing communicate with internal & external customers & vendors at their sites and onlineReasoning, analytical and critical-thinking problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, proactive mindset to solve problems and issues before they occurKnowledge of MS Office suite and Windows operating systemsTeam-oriented & collaborativeStrong verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of WMS/WCS systems preferredExposure to automation technology including conveyors, sorters, shuttles, or robotics is a plus
