Key Responsibilities:Build up and Lead a team that Performs Routine inspections, Maintenance and repairs on robotic systems and related equipmentDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software related issues affecting robotic performanceImplement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifeCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system efficiency and reliabilityMaintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reportsProvide training and technical support to operators and technicians on proper robotic system useStay up to date with industry advancements and recommend system upgrades or enhancementsWillingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to minimize down time.Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance through the department of defense.Required:Bachelor of Science degree or higher in mechatronics2 - 5 years of robotics machine maintenance experiencePreferred:Specific trade licensing e.g. (Electrical)Experience with ABB, FANUC, or similar robotic systemsPrevious welding / cutting equipment experiencePast mechanical/electrical or hydraulic trade school or apprenticeship.The ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.Strong understanding of robotic control systems, PLC’s, sensors, and actuatorsExperiencing troubleshooting / diagnosing HMI systemsWorking from ladders and lifts while wearing fall protection.Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.Strong communication and teamwork abilitiesMust have proficient computer skillsPrevious experience with reliability and predictive maintenance practicesCMMS experienceKnowledge of safety standards and compliance regulationClimbing, Color Vision, Crawling, Heavy Lifting, Kneeling, Light Lifting, Medium Lifting, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Stooping, TwistingAcids or Alkalis, Cold, Dry, Dusty, Fumes, Hot, Inside, Noise, Oily, Outside, Wet
