Engineering Resource Manager - Test Engineering

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant supervisory experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.Roles and Position Objectives The Autonomous Maritime Platforms (AMP) Business has an immediate opening for an Engineering Resource Manager for the Systems Test Engineering team. As a Technical Manager for the group, you will be responsible for the success of our programs by delivering on our engineering commitments and being accountable for the performance for a growing highly skilled team. You will work closely with the other Resource Managers, Deputy Program Managers of Engineering’s (DPMEs) and Program Managers to make critical staffing decisions, identify and develop skillsets, accurately forecast staffing needs. This management role includes all aspects of staff management, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching/mentoring, career development, performance management, and engineering roadmaps. Direct project work will be required to support the engineering department as well as contributions to proposals in pursuit of new business.
