Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Residential Setting

We are hiring a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in a residential care setting, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) who require assistance and supervision to live safely and successfully in the community.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (no nights, weekends, or holidays)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Administer prescribed medications and treatments per Medication Administration Program (MAP) Guidelines.Monitor individuals’ health status, record observations, and report significant changes to the supervisor or physician.Take and record vital signs; respond to medical or emergency situations per nursing protocols.Support individuals with personal care needs such as hygiene, meals, mobility, and exercise.Ensure comfort, safety, and well-being of residents in a residential care setting.Act as a liaison between DDS, day programs, and families regarding medical care and support.Complete and update medical assessments, monthly progress notes, and other required documentation.Conduct medical-based training and guidance for residential staff.Assist and collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and program compliance.Pay & Benefits:Highly competitive pay$5k sign- on bonusHealth and dental insurance5 weeks paid time off to start (increases with longevity)Short-term and long-term disability403(b) retirement planEmployer-paid life insuranceContinuing education benefitElectronic chartingAT&T discountAuto and home insurance discountsEmployee assistance programTravel assistanceRequirements:Current LPN license in MassachusettsAt least 1 year of treating nursing experienceU.S. citizen or green card holder (no exceptions)To Apply, Please Include Answers to the Following:1.
