Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/orescalating issues.Serves as an advocate for patients needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.Utilizes SBAR format tool to notify physicians, and other providers of clinical findings, performs nurse-to-nurse report at the bedside. RequiredAssociate Of Nursing and One (1) year RN experience orBachelors Of Nursing and One (1) year RN experienceRegistered Nurse: AZ (RN:AZ)Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 - months of hireExcellent written and interpersonal communication skillsBasic computer skillsStrong cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, intra-aortic balloon pump skillsPreferredStrong cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring
