Commerical Insurance & Risk ManagementA successful boutique insurance firm based in Bergen County, New Jersey is looking for an Executive Assistant and overall Office Manager. The ideal candidate has supported senior executives in a small office as well as has a “no job too small' attitude to help with whatever tasks are necessary to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.Support senior executives with all administrative needs, preparing and coordinating communications and complex personal/professional calendar management, prioritizing and responding on the Principals behalf.Manage office needs as required; coordinate technical support, handle some HR responsibilities, order suppliesHandle accounts receivable/payable for vendors; track expense reportsboth personal and professionalOrganize and manage travel arrangementsAssist with client meetings/event coordinationOccasional out of hours availability via phone/emailPosition Salary:75k-80kEffective 06/1/2025 NJ passed a Pay Transparency Law which requires NJ based hiring to include a compensation range on each job posting.
