This role will produce the analytical work used to determine targeting, segmentation, campaign KPIs, overall marketing performance, and incremental business impact as a result of marketing. This role will oversee member insights, assist with qualitative and quantitative research, web analytics, and more. The analyst will work within the Marketing team and work closely with all areas of the department, our 3rd party agencies, and various business lines to make informed, data-driven decisions related to marketing efforts for credit union products, services, and brand awareness. #LI-OnsitePerform data analysis to inform comprehensive, multichannel marketing campaigns and promotions by defining key metrics and KPIs that drive ROIDevelop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights, enabling business users to independently explore and analyze dataTranslate complex data into clear, concise narratives to influence strategic decision-makingIdentify and recommend target audience segments, gather analytics, and prepare scenarios to inform or improve the success of growth and acquisition marketing campaignsCollaborate closely with Ascend's data team to ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation processes. Adhere to the organization's data governance standards and best practices. Design, develop, and audit Power BI dashboards to optimize performance and maintain data consistencyContribute to the success of marketing efforts by analyzing campaign performance based on data to determine efficacy and provide recommendationsReport and present detailed tactic and campaign metrics to senior leaders in the credit unionDesign and compile analysis on the current membership to assist in data-driven targeting and messaging strategiesDevelop and maintain weekly/monthly reporting on the health of the brand, campaigns, and organizationAnalyze competition and trends, identify the organization’s strengths and weaknesses, and determine potential opportunitiesMaintain an understanding of industry trends in business intelligence, data analytics, and visualization technologies. This includes data modeling, visualization creation, and dashboard designMust be data-driven and understand sales funnels, can measure the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels, and effectively report on KPIs and ROIUnderstanding of marketing principles, theory, and application to marketing projects and assignmentsProficient knowledge in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Power BI Excel, SQL, and SQL serverStrong understanding of common marketing platforms, automation, and segmentation toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
