Commercial Loan Operations Assistant (LOA)

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the Commercial Lending process? United Community is in search of a motificated and detail-oriented Commercial LOA to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers (CRMs) and Commercial Loan Cloers to support both new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless credit facilitation process.Provide sales and admnistrative support to CRMs and other partnersAssist in loan production by collecting, ordering, and tracking necessary information for risk assessment and underwritingPrepare written communications on behalf of CRMs, such as commitment letters, term sheets, and thank you notesMonitor reporting and identify necessary actions for maturities, auto-renew letters of credit, insurance, and real estate taxesProvide exceptional services and respond to internal and external customer requestsCollaborate with CRMs, Commercial Loan Closers, Underwriters, Doc Prep, and/or outside counsel on loan closingsMinimum of 2 years of experience in credit operations, loan servicing, or customer support within the financial services industryStrong interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal and written communmication skillsSolid understanding of federal and state banking regulations and compliance standardsExceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem solvingAbility to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accurancy and meeting deadlinesPREFERRED: Hands-on experience with commercial loan documentation, processing, or servicingMust be able to pass a criminal background & credit checkThis is a full-time, non-remote positionFLSA Status:Non-ExemptReady to take your career to the next level?
