Job Description

This role is responsible for driving the development and retention of Treasury Management revenue across assigned markets. The ideal candidate will implement consultative calling programs to achieve new business and revenue growth targets, working closely with Commercial Relationship Managers and other business partners.This position involves identifying prospects, preparing proposals, finalizing sales, overseeing service implementation, and developing client retention strategies. The successful candidate will also actively engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services.Identify and develop market potential for treasury management and other bank servicesConduct business development calls on corporate customers, including counties and municipalitiesMaximize non-interest income through product penetration and fee collectionSell the bank’s suite of treasury management servicesAnalyze customer relationships and recommend appropriate banking productsEstablish account setup and oversee implementation of sold productsManage controllable expenses to ensure profitabilityServe as a product expert and provide technical support to customers and internal partnersCross-sell additional banking services, including personal accountsParticipate in community organizations and bank activities to promote the bank’s image and servicesBachelor’s degree or 5-10 years of experience selling financial services in the public contract area of bankingMinimum 3 years of experience in a treasury management sales environmentProficiency in PC operations and software applicationsStrong working knowledge of banking products including deposit and sweep accounts, account analysis, and loansExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to sell non-traditional bank products in a traditional banking environmentEffective writing skills for proposals and correspondenceStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to deliver compelling sales presentations and close dealsParticipation in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering trainingMust be able to pass a criminal background checkThis is a full-time, non-remote positionUp to 25% of travel requiredUSD $0.00 - USD $0.00 /Yr.
