This role will be critical in developing and optimizing test processes for our cutting-edge Bluetooth, LTE and RFID products manufactured using roll-to-roll techniques. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement automated test solutions for Bluetooth, LTE and RFID products in a high-volume, roll-to-roll manufacturing environment. Focus on process development, optimization, and continuous improvement of test methodologies to achieve high yields, efficiency, and quality. Develop and validate test fixtures, equipment, and software for RF and digital performance characterization. Collaborate closely with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure testability requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle. Perform root cause analysis of test failures and implement corrective actions. Establish and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, specifications, and reports. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in RF test, Bluetooth, LTE, and roll-to-roll manufacturing technologies. Contribute to the selection and evaluation of new test equipment and instrumentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in electronics test engineering, with a strong focus on RF and wireless technologies. Proven experience in developing test processes for Bluetooth and LTE products. Direct experience with roll-to-roll (R2R) manufacturing test environments and challenges is highly desirable. Proficiency in test automation scripting (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C#). Strong understanding of RF test fundamentals, including S-parameters, noise figure, EVM, power, and spectral purity. Awareness of RF hardware and signal integrity principles (e.g. impedance matching, filtering, shielding, and isolation) — to ensure accurate and repeatable test measurements. Familiarity with various RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes. Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis for manufacturing test. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with embedded systems and firmware testing. Knowledge of industry standards for Bluetooth (e.g., Bluetooth LE, Classic) and LTE (e.g., Cat-M1, NB-IoT). Ability to travel internationally up to 15% Experience with design for testability (DFT) principles. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
