Work you'll do We're looking for a Social Creator who lives and breathes the culture of the feed-someone who can concept, make, and move ideas in real time. You understand that social isn't just a channel; it's the pulse of culture and the place where brands earn their relevance. You're fluent in emerging platforms and native storytelling formats. You know how to make ideas travel-through a scroll, a stitch, or a spark of emotion. You combine craft and curiosity, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to create something that connects. As a Social Creator, you'll develop, design, and produce social-first creative ideas that connect brands with culture and audiences with meaning. You'll collaborate across Deloitte Studios' multi-disciplinary teams-strategy, design, data, and technology-to create work that's as intelligent as it is inspiring. Specifically, you will: + Concept, design, and produce platform-native content (short-form video, motion, memes, text posts, UGC-style storytelling) for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms + Translate brand strategies and campaign platforms into always-on, culturally resonant content ecosystems + Identify trends, creators, and platform moments where brands can authentically participate + Use insights and analytics to iterate and optimize creative for engagement and growth + Collaborate with designers, motion artists, and editors-or take the lead yourself-to craft content that's visually strong, emotionally resonant, and built for shareability + Present ideas and creative rationale to internal teams and clients, articulating the
