About the Role We are seeking a reliable and organized Material Coordinator to support production by managing inventory, kitting parts, and maintaining an efficient Kanban replenishment process. This role is key to ensuring materials are available, accurate, and properly staged for the manufacturing cell. What Youu2019ll Do + Allocate materials, take inventory from receivers, and kit product into Kanban quantities. + Place inventory in correct cell locations and collaborate with team members to determine the best layout and presentation of parts. + Pull, log, and scan Kanban cards for replenishment following standard procedures. + Work with buyers, inventory control, and cell employees to resolve discrepancies or material issues. + Initiate inventory adjustments, work orders (WO), or purchase orders (PO) as needed. + Review aged/no-movement inventory and identify, investigate, or dispose of non-Kanban items. + Package product and kit parts/components according to Bill of Material requirements. + Follow packing processes for all related components. What You Bring + High school diploma or GED required + Strong attendance and reliability + Willingness to work overtime + Previous lean manufacturing or material handling experience preferred + Ability to lift 20u201335 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally + Comfort with standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift + Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision + Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills + Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels + Experience using computers, ERP systems, Word, and Excel + Consistent attention to detail and quality + Working Conditions + Regularly exert up to 20 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. + Frequent bending and standing for extended periods + Movement throughout the facility to complete tasks Apply now and a member of our recruiting team will contact you shortly Pay Details: $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
