Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Adecco is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a local manufacturing client in Fairport In this role, youu2019ll handle the movement of materials, prepare and process outgoing shipments, receive incoming goods, and maintain accurate inventory records. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and organized who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 8:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM Type: Full-Time Contract-to-Hire Responsibilities + Pick up materials from production areas and prepare for shipment. + Package, label, and prepare domestic/export shipments (skids, crates, cartons). + Create shipping documents (bills of lading, carrier paperwork, export forms). + Schedule pickups with carriers and verify shipment accuracy. + Receive incoming shipments, check contents, and deliver to proper departments. + Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment. + Maintain data in inventory control systems and keep records organized.
