As a Program Manager - Roads & Utilities, youu2019ll lead complex programs that shape transportation networks and utility systems, ensuring safe, sustainable, and efficient infrastructure for generations to come.What Youu2019ll Do Manage all phases of roadway and utility infrastructure programsu2014from planning and design through construction and closeout. Highway Design & Construction: Oversee roadway geometry, pavement design, drainage systems, and traffic control plans. Ensure compliance with FDOT and municipal standards during design and construction phases. Utilities Integration: Coordinate water, sewer, stormwater, and other utility systems within roadway projects. Work with utility providers to manage relocations and minimize service disruptions. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, regulatory agencies, and community partners. Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and performance metrics; implement corrective actions as needed. Identify and resolve design, construction, and utility conflicts proactively. Mentor project managers, engineers, and support staff to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Bacheloru2019s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 15+ years managing transportation and utility infrastructure programs. Proven success delivering large-scale highway and utility projects. Expertise in roadway design standards and utility coordination. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Willing to work 100% onsite in Davie, FloridaIdeally, Youu2019ll Also Have 25 years managing transportation and utility infrastructure programs.
