About the role We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to manage a high-performing team onsite at our clientu2019s facility in Medley, FL. This role is essential to driving operational excellence, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing service levels, and driving continuous improvement in our operations. In this role, you will: u2022Lead and manage the warehouse customer service team to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. u2022Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures tailored to warehouse operations. u2022Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure service excellence. u2022Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. u2022Manage escalations and complex customer concerns with professionalism and urgency. u2022Train, coach, and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture. u2022Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. u2022Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Location: This is a full-time onsite role based at a client office in Medley, FL. What you must have to be considered: u2022Proven experience in customer service management in a warehouse or logistics setting, u2022Strong leadership and team management skills. u2022Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. u2022Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/customer service software.
