As Program Manager II, you will work on projects to bring in and retain caregivers on our teams. This position is a rewarding opportunity, offering growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support and numerous development resources. You gain extensive exposure across the institute and departments, helping facilitate the start of an exciting path in Administration and Program Management.A caregiver in this position 8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week. 5 days will be held on-site. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs. Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures. Serve as a liaison between department and outside communities. Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Participate in budgetary processes.Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR Master’s Degree and two years of experienceDemonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting Physical Requirements:Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periodsAbility to operate a computer and other office equipmentAbility to communicate and exchange accurate informationAbility to travel throughout the hospital systemPersonal Protective Equipment:Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.Pay RangeMinimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.). The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).
