Description We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in New York, New York. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient and welcoming work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the management of office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment. u2022 Maintain coffee and snack stations to create a welcoming and consistent environment for team members. u2022 Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing rooms, agendas, materials, and documenting key notes. u2022 Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees by preparing materials, requesting system access, and ensuring a smooth integration. u2022 Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with financial entries in collaboration with the finance department. u2022 Organize company events and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement. u2022 Ensure the office remains clean, safe, and properly maintained, addressing facility needs as required. u2022 Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. u2022 Provide administrative support to executive teams and other departments, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. u2022 Manage travel arrangements and coordinate itineraries for staff when needed. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent administrative certification is preferred. u2022 A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with general office technology. u2022 Outstanding organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. u2022 Strong written and verbal communication abilities. u2022 Capability to prioritize tasks effectively and excel in a fast-paced environment. u2022 A customer-oriented approach with a detail-oriented and positive attitude. u2022 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
