The Food Safety & QualityCapabilities Senior Manager will partner in the continued development ofsustainable, world-class education programs critical to growing the FoodSafety & Quality technical bench to position the Organization for futuregrowth through education programs.This Food Safety & Quality Capabilities Senior Manager role will focusheavily on development of curricula specific to end-to-end Dairy &Expanded Platform Innvoation manufacturing (ingredient, processing,distribution, and innovation). Target audiences for Dairy & ExpandedPlatform Innovation capability curricula will include internal andexternal Bottling operations as well as PBNA Sector Teams. Deploymentstrategies will include new Bottler on-boarding, innovation launchsupport, and continuous education programs.A successful candidate will bring deep technical knowledge acquiredthrough 5+years experience in the Dairy Manufacturing industry.Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate a strong aptitude fordeveloping complex and strategic plans aimed at ensuring flawlessexecution of Food Safety & Quality standards within the Capabilityoptimization objectives. This individual will possess a passion fordeveloping robust processes and education programs to reinforce anunwavering Food Safety & Quality culture.This individual must be able to commute to one of our PepsiCo HQOffices- Plano, TX, Chicago, IL or Purchase, NY.Responsibilities- Protect PepsiCo Trademark and ensure product Food Safety & Qualitythrough a rigorous Field Capability program- Deliver world-class FSQ Capability curricula for Field Teams, spanningmultiple functions and Organizational levels:- Leverage a challenger mindset to continually evaluate and enhanceexisting FSQ capability curricula offerings- Partner cross-functionally to enhance and integrate FSQ content inCenter of Excellence (COE) Capability platforms- Implement participant-based training strategy for FSQ Capabilitycurricula offerings- Training content tailored for multiple levels of the Organization- Digital platforms and mobile accessibility principles to driveparticipant utilization and impact- Development of Dairy & Expanded Platform Innovation Capabilitycurriculum:- Leveraging internal and external SMEs and certification pathways forbenchmarking- Collaborating with Dairy & Innovation Project Teams to support projectdeployment timelines, commercialization transition, and OperationalExcellence sustainment- Incorporating PEP Manufacturing & Food Safety/Quality standards withRegulatory Requirements as Foundational Knowledge scope for Dairy &Innovation Platform Capability curricula- Develop, monitor, and govern Capability program attendance andeffectiveness of all curriculum modules, classes, and programs- Develop and monitor the multi-year FSQ Capability Glide Path thatidentifies KPIs and sequence of activities required to achieve GlidePath goals and timelines- Development of FSQ Capability Learning Management System digitalplatform. Critical workstream to drive Field Governance and Compliance,digital enablement, and data analytics enhancement for Key Stakeholders- Create socialization and commercialization tools for FSQ Capabilityfunction- Collaborate with cross-functional SME and COE teams in development ofcomprehensive training curriculum for Field Teams- Coach and train plant personnel to develop leadership, technicalcompetence, and effective utili ation of system tools- Drive Food Safety & Quality initiative through support of Sector FSQTeams who have responsibility for directly working with producing plantsand distribution warehousesCompensation and Benefits:- The expected compensation range for this position is between$118,700 - $198,800.- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education willbe considered in setting actual starting salary.
