This role will work closely with General Managers to ensure we grow fleet sales. This position requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with matters of significance. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS Planning + Identify Fleet Targets in an assigned territory and communicate the targets to GMs, RSMs, RVP and the VP of Sales Operations + Investigate and research prospects + Make outbound phone calls, email, text and social media contact(s) to prospects and customers + Qualify the prospect’s needs + Present/quote the products and services to the customers and prospects + Secure the customer’s commitment to purchase + Deliver and handover the equipment to the customer + Support the customer after the sale POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience + High School or equivalent education Competencies + Organization + Attention to Detail + Time Management + Basic Mathematical problem-solving skills + Conflict Resolution Travel + This position requires variable travel depending on assigned territory Want to know more about our family-owned company, Proud that our 1500+ employees view us as the employer of choice!
