Description We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Raleigh, NC. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in accordance with consumer laws and company policies. The position requires strong communication and organizational abilities, along with a proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications. u2022 Resolve customer complaints and claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with consumer laws and company policies. u2022 Develop and implement initiatives to proactively educate and inform customers about services and products. u2022 Contribute to improvement plans based on feedback from customer surveys and satisfaction metrics. u2022 Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure seamless decision-making and task execution. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and enhance customer service strategies. u2022 Maintain and apply a solid understanding of work routines and technical procedures within the discipline. u2022 Assist with the administration of claims and coordination with suppliers when necessary. u2022 Promote sales initiatives and ensure customers are aware of current promotions. u2022 Utilize tools such as Adobe Flex and NIS to optimize customer service workflows. Requirements u2022 Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field. u2022 Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. u2022 Knowledge of consumer laws and regulations related to customer claims and complaints. u2022 Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Flex and NIS to support customer service operations. u2022 Ability to follow well-defined procedures while adapting to various work routines. u2022 Familiarity with planning processes and sales promotions. u2022 Experience with handling customer surveys and implementing feedback into actionable plans. u2022 Solid decision-making skills and attention to detail in resolving customer concerns.
