Field Technician and Safety Trainer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This role requires the ability to work lawfully in theU.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in thefuture. JOB SUMMARY Delivers learning curriculums and programs thatinclude new hire and skill enhancement training. This training includes,but is not limited to, technical and safety training, systems, data, andoperational training, new product or service launch information, sales,soft skills and functional training. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhancethe customer experience. Facilitates learning through a variety ofdelivery methods to develop participants' skill sets. This includes,Classroom Instruction, Team Meeting Trainings, Conference Calls, NetMeeting Trainings, Train the Trainer sessions, On-line Learning, Hand-onLabs and Peer to Peer Coaching. Supervises employees during training.This includes, role modeling the core competences, skills and behaviorsof a company leader, tracking attendance, addressing inappropriatebehavior and documenting performance, both strengths and developmentneeds. Performs all administrative duties associated with conductingtraining. This includes, conducting all pre-training prep work,administering learning schedules and calendars, maintaining participantrecords (e.g., test scores, evaluations and attendance), performing allrequired Sum Total prerequisite requirements and post-training dutiesand ensuring learning is evaluated with post-training surveys. This includes, pursuing developmentactivities and opportunities to obtain additional expertise andstrengthen core skills, building and improving job-related knowledge andleadership skills; seeking feedback from others and maintaining focus tocontinue the learning cycle. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Associates Degree orequivalent combination of training and/or work experience Related WorkExperience One year prior presentation or training delivery experiencein a formal or informal setting Three Years Experience or equivalent inthe functional area and or business unit. I.e.
