Compensation: $26.78 Location: Sacramento, CA Shift Differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked This position is the administrative and service support for the Dispenser Processing Team. The Factory (DS) Coordinator will provide administrative/finance support and business partnering that will enable the factory to meet its business commitment to Primo Brands _This position is seasonal, with the possibility of direct hire and increased compensation upon transition to a permanent role, contingent on performance and other relevant factors._ Responsibilities u2022 Administrative support u2022 Participating in fixed asset audits (includes excel spreadsheet and access database analysis) u2022 Assisting the Finance Department with special projects u2022 Manual Coding of Invoices to proper Cost Centers and Accounts u2022 Processing Purchasing Card Invoices u2022 New Vendor Set Up u2022 Uniform Reconciliation u2022 Vendor conflict management u2022 Month End Accounts Payable Accruals u2022 Working with Buyers, Receivers & AP to ensure accurate and timely 3 way matching u2022 Other administrative and clerical duties u2022 Other duties as assigned by the Factory Manager u2022 Ordering raw materials, lab supplies, and office supplies u2022 Supporting operations by assisting in daily functions of Logistics and NFI u2022 Supporting operations with production when needed u2022 Supporting Safety, Health & Environmental tasks (intern and external) u2022 Perform monthly inventory count (materials and finished product) u2022 Create all purchasing requirement for the site u2022 Support/run the line as needed u2022 Maintain operating skills by rotating with day shift at minimum once per quarter Qualifications u2022 Bachelors degree or some college preferable u2022 Accounting, Finance and/or Payroll experience u2022 Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills u2022 Solid communication and interpersonal skills u2022 Ability to interact with various internal contacts to manage the flow of work u2022 Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications u2022 2+ years of general accounting/bookkeeping experience a plus u2022 Ability to work independently and in a team environment u2022 Detail oriented u2022 Strong Excel skills required u2022 MP2 and SAP experience a plus u2022 Must be flexible in working hours u2013 overtime Primo Brandsu2019 established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Springu00ae and Pure Lifeu00ae, premium brands like Saratogau00ae and Mountain Valleyu00ae, regional leaders such as Arrowheadu00ae, Deer Parku00ae, Ice Mountainu00ae Ozarkau00ae, and Zephyrhillsu00ae, purified brands, Primo Wateru00ae and Sparklettsu00ae, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splashu00ae and AC+IONu00ae.
