Agile Scrum MasterOnsite in Sterling Heights, MI Estimated Pay Rate: $35-$45 per hourThis estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on LCAT, experience, education, certifications, and other factors (geographic location, Serve as the Scrum Master for a software development team, ensuring agile practices are followed, removing roadblocks, and promoting continuous improvement to deliver high-quality, safety-critical software systems.Responsibilities:Lead daily Team Sync meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesEnsure the development team is following agile practices and Scrum frameworkRemove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progressAssist the product owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring work is ready for planningTrack and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholdersPromote continuous improvement and help the team to increase productivity and quality.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldThis position may require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance) Experience working with software development teamsProficient using Jira/GitLab with the ability to interpret and act on Agile metricsExperience refining technical requirements for development or proposal effortsProgram management experience related to schedule and timeline managementFamiliarity with safety-critical systems/software standards (., Mil-Std 882E, ISO 26262)Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekendsPreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in a related disciplineCertified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)Understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and software release cyclesFamiliarity with defense frameworks such as:Ground Common Infrastructure Architecture (GCIA)Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE)Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA)Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
