Bronco Lube LLC is seeking to hire Service Advisor/Writers to continue our legacy as the RIGHT option for automotive maintenance and repair in SC since 2002.Type of Work Performed:Creating the ultimate customer service experience from arrival at our facility until the completion of service.Reviewing the vehicle inspection report with every customer advising on recommended and optional services.Assisting customers in the decision making process by explaining benefits, costs and product pleting sales to include taking payment.You may also assist in the service center with vehicle service when needed.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills.Strong customer service skills.Sales experience with a passion to achieve and exceed sales goals.Automotive knowledge will be helpful but not required.Must be able to utilize a Windows 10 computer system to navigate customer information and take payments.Must be willing and able to work outdoors, spending up to 10 hours per day standing/moving around the facility.A high school diploma or GED is preferred.Valid Driver's License Benefits:Starting pay at $14 per hour (based on experience)Paid vacation and personal dayPaid holidaysInsurance: major medical, dental, vision and life insurance 401K plus matching On-the-job trainingCareer advancement opportunitiesNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
