CNC Operator Second Shift

Our client, a leading industrial manufacturing facility, is seeking a CNC Operator Second Shift to join their dynamic team. As a CNC Operator Second Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: CNC Operator Second Shift Location: Barronett, WI Pay Range: $37,440 - $52,000 Shift: 2nd Shift 3-1 AM, Monday-Thursday (Potential OT on Fridays) What's the Job? Operate CNC machinery to produce precision components according to specifications Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality standards are met Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment Maintain accurate production records and documentation Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent Experience in machine operation, CNC preferred but not required Knowledge of forklift and overhead crane operation is a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols What's in it for me?
