Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire - $30.62-$33.58 Hiring Location: Ellabell GA Mon-Fri 2:30pm-10pm Voluntary OT on Saturdays Manpower is assisting a premiere industrial manufacturer local to Ellabell, GA in hiring maintenance technicians to join their team. The Maintenance Technician Provides First Line Support for all Production Machinery, Automated Equipment, and Conveyor systems. Skilled Required for this role Include: • Preventative maintenance: Regularly inspecting and servicing machinery according to established schedules to identify potential issues before they become major problems. • Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnosing malfunctions on industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and performing necessary repairs by replacing parts or adjusting settings. • Machine installation and alignment: Installing new machinery and ensuring proper alignment and functionality. • Reading technical manuals: Interpreting technical documentation to understand equipment operation and repair procedures. • Basic welding and fabrication: Performing minor welding or fabrication tasks as needed for repairs. • Maintaining records: Documenting maintenance activities, including parts used, repair details, and equipment status. • Using: MTTR/MTBF, lean manufacturing, and root cause analysis Are you Interested?
