In this key role, you'll help ensure seamless material flow, accurate demand forecasting, and on-time delivery—keeping production on track and customers satisfied. Working under general supervision, you'll contribute to data-driven planning, support strategic decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve shortages and optimize supply chain performance.What you will do:Support the execution of Materials Planning and SIOP activities to align supply with customer demand.Create and manage part-level plans, including maintaining master data for purchased parts, sub-assemblies, and end items.Analyze material availability and capacity constraints; escalate risks and drive resolution of long-term gaps.Continuously manage and validate the master demand schedule to ensure accurate visibility for production, financial planning, and capacity management.Monitor and coordinate transportation, inter/intraplant deliveries, and work-in-process (WIP) flow.Expedite orders and mitigate shortages to support on-time delivery and production continuity.Develop reports and dashboards to support planning decisions and track KPIs.Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to process improvements.Qualifications we prefer:Experience in a manufacturing, production, or shop floor environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong Excel skills preferred.Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments.Qualifications you must have:This position requires an HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
