Description Client Service Representative - Veterinary ReceptionistBlue Springs Animal Hospital & Pet Resort is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our AAHA-accredited hospital in Blue Springs, MO. CSRs are valuable members of our veterinary team, and we treat them as such. As a CSR, you will be the client’s first and last impression of Blue Springs. It’s important that all clients feel welcome, safe, and comfortable which is why it takes a special person who can engage with both humans and animals alike with compassion, patience and understanding. The primary responsibility of a CSR is to be efficient in front desk operations while effectively bridging communication between pet owners and our veterinary team.About Us:We are an AAHA-accredited hospital and a finalist for the 2025 AAHA Practice of the Year award. Our facility boasts a state-of-the-art 12,000 sq ft space equipped with advanced technology and resources to provide orthopedic procedures, ultrasound, echocardiography, video endoscopy, digital radiography, chemotherapy, canine reproduction services and beyond. Our team of 15 doctors and 75+ team members work in a positive, fun and supportive environment.
