Sherwin-Williams is seeking motivated individuals who have a drive for sales in a business-to-business organization to join our Marketing Leadership Development Program. This training program is designed to develop key skills and experience that will lead to a position in the Marketing/Sales path within our Performance Coatings Group, supporting one of our technical divisions which include Automotive Finishes, Coil, Industrial Wood, General Industrial, Packaging or Protective and Marine. The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a 8-12-month program that will expose participants to the various aspects of the Performance Coatings Group. Participants will rotate through three Marketing disciplines: Strategic, Field, and Communications/Digital, during their duration of the program. They will report to one manager during the entirety of the program. Participants should be open to initial relocation for program and possible long-term relocation for post program positions. This position will support the General Industrial division. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program in June GPA of 2.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale Previous experience in marketing, sales and/or customer service obtained through real work experience or internships Must be open to relocation based on business need for this position, and again for post program position and promotional opportunities Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship Must have at least (1) year of work experience using Microsoft Office Products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and/or Outlook) Must be willing to travel as required for this position.
