PAY RANGE: $33 PER HOUR _(Based on experience and qualifications)_ About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Flavor and Popcorn departments. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of specialized equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities + Maintain and repair equipment including Auger Fillers, Gable Top Carton Filling Machines, Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machines, and Combination Scales. + Ensure smooth operation of Conveyor Systems, Ink Jet Printers, Liquid Processors, Ribbon Blenders, Vibratory Screens, and X-Ray/Metal Detection equipment. + Install, program, and troubleshoot PLCs and other industrial control systems. + Perform equipment changeovers and scheduled maintenance based on production needs. + Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. + Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. + Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications for accurate repairs. Required Skills & Qualifications + Proven experience with Auger Fillers, Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machines, and similar equipment. + Strong knowledge of PLC installation, programming, and troubleshooting. + Expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Ability to perform equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with boiler systems and electrical maintenance. + Familiarity with X-Ray and Metal Detection systems. + Strong organizational and communication skills.
