Recovery Case Manager - Masters

We increase community awareness while enhancing mental well-being through advocacy, education, prevention, treatment, and services.MHA is seeking a full-time Senior Recovery Counselor to join our Community Support Services Team! Holiday On-call coverage by phone if needed.Valid drivers license in good standing.Responsibilities:Provide in-home and community-based outreach services to persons diagnosed with a psychiatric disorderOffer services appropriate to meet the consumers needs.Perform therapeutic rehabilitative skill development. Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring, and updating of the individualized rehabilitation plan. Coordinate and manage services.
