Come, Learn, Grow! 401K Medical, Dental, Vision 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year!12-hour shifts! 2 days on, 2 days off, every other weekend!Days- $14.60 Midnights - $16.25 Ensure the quality of aluminum is inspected by performing measurement checks and visual inspectionsMust be able to lift 50lbs consecutivelyWill work one on one with a partner for the whole shift, unless otherwise told by the SupervisorRead packaging specs to ensure proper bundlingRetrieve racks of aluminum from holding areaPush racks of aluminum to workstationLift and position work horses on tablesCut wood for bundles with a miter saw as neededUse basic hand tools throughout shift (Retractable knife, deburr, etc.)Pack the aluminum with the appropriate material per customer specificationsMove metal and/or materials manually as requiredDocument the appropriate production information on paper and a computer Physical requirements:This position requires the individual to work in a factory/manufacturing environment. The temperaturescan fluctuate from hot to cold and the noise level is high. An individual in this role will be able to walk,bend, stoop, twist, turn, climb and push/pull frequently. With proper safety equipment, an individual inthis role may work above ground level (off the ground) occasionally. An individual in this role will needto be always aware of movement and/or noises around them. An individual in this role must move25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally. An individual in this role will remain stationary and/ortraverse the factory as needed per essential duties of the position. An individual in this role will be aneffective communicator verbally and in writing, and this role requires individuals to read and followwritten procedures.
