Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up and resolution for external and internal customers.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with product questions, ordering, order trackingEnter orders into system for billing and deliveryCoordinate delivery schedules with dispatchIssue credits or debits accurately when applicableAssist with physical inventory countsAnswer incoming callsTake sales orders from sales representatives and customers by phone and emailAssist walk-in counter customers and driversFacilitate new account and credit approvalsCategorize, scanand maintainship ticket copies for audit purposes and file all customer recordsPrintand distributee-mailed customer purchase ordersPurchase Order Creation and system maintenancePurchase Order delivery receipt verification and data entry (receiving)Weekly audit of all raw material delivery receipts vs. trucking recordsUpdate shipping tickets with appointment informationOrder office and printing supplies Use purchasing card for payment of invoices below threshold Month End Close - data entryCollaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer satisfactionOther duties and responsibilities as assignedJob RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
