Fund Accountant

A global investment management company impacting the global supply chain is hiring a full-time Fund Accountant to join their growing team. This is a hybrid position working 2 days a week from their Annapolis location. This key role provides support for the Fund Accounting functions including monthly close activities, reconciliations, capital activities, cash flows, payables, financial statements, and investor reporting among other responsibilities. This is a great opportunity to work on critical investment portfolios while continuing your career development under the guidance of a VP, Controller, and Fund Accounting Manager. Required: 2+ years of professional experience in accounting Strong understanding of and previous professional adherence to GAAP or IFRS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field of study Strong experience with Microsoft Suite Nice to have: Industry experience in real estate, private equity or investment accounting highly preferred Experience with Yardi as a real estate software Previous experience in public accounting CPA or exams completed toward CPA issuance Benefits: Hybrid schedule Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k 10% annual performance bonus PTO
