What You’ll Do As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring production equipment runs safely and efficiently by performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance. Your ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery will help minimize downtime and keep operations moving. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues promptly to reduce downtime Execute preventive maintenance tasks and maintain proper documentation Read and interpret electrical schematics and PLC ladder logic programs Install and optimize electrical control systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting Participate in capital projects, machine modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives Safely operate forklifts, elevated platforms, and industrial tools Follow OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and internal safety guidelines, including PPE use What We’re Looking For 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, OR an Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Electronics, or related field Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and automation systems Proficiency with hand tools, electronic test equipment, welding, and soldering Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and servo systems Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance software Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work comfortably in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Safety-minded with knowledge of LOTO procedures This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with a stable company.
