What Is the Operations Superintendent Role? As an Operations Superintendent, you’ll lead large-scale production operations in a fast-paced, high-volume facility. You'll manage 100+ team members (including supervisors), drive daily operational goals, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Maintenance, FSQA, R&D, and Planning. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leading people, ensuring quality, and driving performance through continuous improvement and Lean principles.
