Our vertically integrated operations, customer-focused culture, and investment in people and technology make ERMCO the Most Valued Partner for delivering resilient, sustainable power infrastructure for the future.SummaryAs a Purchasing Assistant at ERMCO, you’ll play a key role in the Materials team, supporting a variety of departmental requirements.Essential Functions of the role:Resolve goods receipts and invoice issuesAssist in further developing & maintaining vendor / supplier scorecardsAssist buyers with return of rejected materialsAssist with monitoring stock levels as well as researching additional vendors as neededReview past due purchase orders and expedite with suppliersPerform data entry, perform other general administrative duties as requiredAssist department with other duties as assignedQualifications:High school graduate or equivalentExperience in purchasingCustomer service and GR/IR issue resolution preferredAbilities:Good analysis and problem-solving skillsAbility to interact and work with multiple departmentsProven efficiency with MS Office Suite or related softwarePossess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently, and effectively with initiative and self-motivationAbility to process reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Let’s Build the Future TogetherAt ERMCO, your ideas matter, your growth is supported, and your impact is real.
