We are seeking anInsurance Verification Specialist,sometimes referred to as aClinicInsurance VerifierandFinancial Counselorat Dallas Regional Medical Center Ourpatient Clinic in Flower Mound. TheInsurance Verification SpecialistorInsurance Verifier/Financial Counselor verifies patient insurance eligibility and benefits,determinesfinancial responsibility, and communicates this to patients before procedures.The Clinic Insurance Verifierassistpatients with payment arrangements andrefereligible individuals toassistanceprograms or discounts. Knowledge of standard insurance companies and verification requirements.2. Well versed in authorization processes for all payers3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines4. Analytical and problem-solving skills5. Customer Services experience required6.
