Today, more than 8,500 employees at over 90 locations are working on this permanent challenge to make the world a better place.Manufacturing Technician at Micro Star Technologies (MST) facility in Huntsville, TXSharpen, cut and/or mount diamond products to required specificationsOperate various machines and instruments used in the manufacturing processOrganize, coordinate, and perform all assigned in-house assembly and testing for manufacturing of productsTrack and report on real time production progress against production schedulesBuild and qualify parts and assembliesDocument and provide timely feedback to management on issues encountered during build processesOrganize and track all part inspection and non-conformance issues for assigned workDocument manufacturing procedures upon requestSupport of quality and engineering through troubleshooting issuesPerform routine maintenance of machines use in productionRequires occasional evening, off shift and weekend work to meet production schedulesPerform other duties as requestedENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:NoneKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Good hand eye coordinationFine motor skillsMachining experience would be preferredExperience working under microscopyBasic computer skills - Data Entry, MS Office, etc.Good organizational skills - Will need to sharpen and track multiple tips simultaneously EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:High School education or higher with experienceAt Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $36,000.00/yr. and $62,000.00/yr. and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
