Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently looking to hire a RN for their client in Spring ,TX location . Hematologyu2013Oncology Clinic RN Location: Kelsey-Seybold Springwoods Village Cancer Center Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 8 a.m.u20135 p.m. Pay- 57.23/HR Position Summary: The Hematologyu2013Oncology Clinic RN provides direct patient care, triage, assessment, and education while supporting oncology treatments and ensuring patient safety and quality care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic environment. Key Responsibilities: + Perform patient assessments, triage (phone & in-person), and documentation in EMR (EPIC). + Monitor chemotherapy/radiation side effects and administer medications, immunizations, and IV therapies. + Educate patients on disease process and symptom management. + Coordinate patient care, room/discharge patients, and follow test-result protocols. + Participate in quality improvement, maintain safety standards, and follow infection control practices. + Collaborate with providers and assist in orienting new staff. + Manage supplies, ensure accurate charge capture, and uphold regulatory compliance. Qualifications: + Required: RN graduate; current Texas RN license; BLS (AHA); 2+ years RN experience; 1+ year Hematology/Oncology or related experience. + Preferred: BSN; ambulatory care experience; EPIC experience; OCN certification. + Must complete ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy course within 3 months of hire. + Strong communication and basic computer skills required.
