AR/AP Accountant

Job Title: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist Location: Greeley, CO Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay: $23/hour Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join our team in Greeley. In this role, you will handle daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including processing invoices, posting payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports Prepare and send customer invoices Apply and record payments accurately Reconcile account statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end closing procedures Maintain well-organized financial documentation Qualifications: Previous AP/AR or general accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and organizational skills Pays $21-$23/Hr.
