Junior Recruiter

Job Description:We’re looking for a motivated and organized Junior Recruiter to join our internal team in Brandon, FL! This person will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and office visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Responsibilities include managing all inbound calls, delegating them as needed, scheduling interviews, greeting and assisting candidates and clients, and supporting our payroll process by entering timecards and related data accurately. Key Responsibilities: Answer and route all inbound calls promptly and professionally Schedule candidate interviews and maintain recruiter calendars Greet and assist walk-in applicants and visitors Enter and verify payroll data accurately and on time Provide general administrative and recruiting support to the team Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
